How soon until I get my images?
I strive to complete a gallery and deliver in two weeks or less. As long as permission is given, I will display a sneak peek of the shoot on my Face Book Page, usually within two days of a shoot (sometimes longer during busy seasons). If you haven't already liked the page, please take time to do so in order to be kept up-to-date on all of PhotoLOCO's happenings. Make sure to tell family and friends too!
How will I receive my images?
PhotoLOCO uses ShootProof to deliver galleries and images. You will receive two emails. The first is for the image gallery. You or any family the gallery is shared with will need to enter the password and their email to view images. I will also provide you a PIN number to download your high resolution images. The second will be for a complimentary mobile phone app. This can be shared and installed on many phones. Please note a watermark is on the pictures in the gallery. Once downloaded, the watermark will disappear. Please do not crop or alter images posted on social media (remove watermark or apply filters).
Where can I have prints made?
You are free to take the photography release and have images made at a lab you choose. For your convenience, you can purchase prints, canvases and other items from ShootProof using Pro DPI professional lab. Your items ship directly to you.
